Answers:
You sound like you have sinus problems - they are called adenoids (not abnoids!). No they aren't likely to cause sinus infections

My 2 yr old had all kinds of problems with ear infections (the sinus drainage affects the ears and the throat) and the Ear, Noise, Throat Specialist removed her tonsills and adnoids as well as put tubes in her ears to help drain the extra fluid. The E.N.T. told us that if she didn't have her adnoids she wouldn't get sinus infections. It's amazing..we haven't had trouble since! She does however deal with allergies, but at least she doesn't get the sinus infections anymore! He told us that when the adnoids are large, they really can hold a lot of bacteria in the sinus cavity and that is what causes the infections.

my child had her front teeth pulled, how long will it take for her new teeth to grow in?

Yes and if your doctor did not consider this when he billed you for the tonsillectomy he is using you and you are suffering needlessly? It should happen at the same time.
