sonds like scars from when the pox fell off. i had chicken pox as a kid. i have a few small scars arond my stomach. the a hard too see though and not really noticable

That is probably becuz he scratched at them but if you put neosporin on it it will probably go away just tell him not to pick at it

Maybe it's something else or other kind of disease. Chicken pox subsides for a week and its scars usually fades when he grows up. Please check a doctor or a dermatologist. Be safe!
