numbness, tingling and/or burning pain are all often symptoms of nerve problems. See your doctor. It could be carpal tunnel or it could be some other nerve impingement in your elbow. With testing the doctor will be able to find out.

The only way you are truly going to find out what is wrong is to have a simple MRI. I have had carpal tunnel in both hands and had those symptoms. You also could have a pinched cervical nerve in your neck. Call you doctor for an appointment. If you haven't had an MRI, they are no big deal. You just lie there and they are totally painless. Ask for an Open MRI if you have claustrophobia.
