-500 crunches and situps daily
-200 leg raises and twisters(GREAT AND MUST)
-lift 15 kg weight each in ur hands and bend front and back.These will develop lowers.
UPPER ABS
-500 situps daily.
-30 minutes stretching exercises daily
-15 minutes Roman Chair exercise(GREAT AND MUST)
MIDDLE ABS
-Buy ab king pro machine and excercise. All upper and lower abs exercises too effect middle abs upto some xtent. There are no special exercises for the middle section as such.
LOVE HANDLES AND SIDEBUNS
Buy ab king pro machine(MUST) and jog. These will along with the stretching develop the cuts.

NOTE: U MUST USE SUPPLEMENTS FOR THE ROUGH LOOK AND THE PROPER CUTS. i m naming few:creatin, endura mass, amino, and protein X.
