Is it possible to have more then 4 wisdom teeth?

Answers:
It depends on your work out regime. After weight tarining you must ensure that you are properly stretching yourself.

The thumb rule you have to adopt is spare 10 minutes for stretchin for each hour you spend in wieght training.

While doing weight training too, you must ensure that you are working for the synergisers to the last only.

So, at the end of the work out you include active, static and passive stretches, that will definitely add inches to you.

Good luck.

No, it's not true at all. People used to believe that you could damage your growth plates by lifing heavy weights and stunt your growth. They've found out that it's just a myth. It takes a lot to damage you growth plates like this, and it is very rare for it to happen from lifiting weights. There is some concern about doing overhead presses for younger people, as the bones in their wrists are not developed enough to support it. But at 18 you are old enough not to worry about that.

Do a google search on "growth plate myth weights". You'll find a lot of articles about it.

By the way, no amount of stretching will make you taller, despite what some people here want to believe.
