how many calories are in a medium sized pork chop, steak, thin burger pattie (92% lean) & is 1200 to 1500 cals
good for weight loss if your exercising moderately? also chicken thighs, legs and boneless breasts(all skinless) (i'm trying a diet based on cal counting! wish me luck!)

ohh good luck pal.. but hey watch out for that 1200&1500 cal diets cuz they can cause low blood pressure and dizziness after a while.. u should intake the amount of calorie u are burning. just try to avoid high fat and high cal stuff and try to exercise. but also do not try to lose too much too soon cuz believe me after some u really do put on twice as much! try to lose 0,5 pounds per week!! wishin u the very best!! :o)

What you have to deside is are they good calories or bad calories. Calories from meat are good, Calories from cake are not. Your body will burn the calories up even if you are sleeping (the good ones that is).What you want to say away from is fats (TRANS fats) and (SATURATED fats) your body needs some fats just not those bad ones. If you stay away from them and the bad calories from junks you will loose weight. Walking is the best excersise to loose weight.
