When you have an exam, make sure to ask them for "the smallest speculum." They may have used a speculum which was too large for you at your exam, plus it is difficult enough to relax at those things no matter how often you have it done. It also may have brought out your period blood if you are due for yours this week. If not, ask your MD who did the exam. And next time, ask for the smallest speculum there. A LOT of girls do not know this, but unless you ask, many doctors don't even bother to ASK YOU about the size of the speculum that's right for you. Many doctors just grab one that is too large for their patients, and that can be more painful than it should be. SO ALWAYS ASK for what you want, and that means they can place it in a warmer, too. Get plenty of lubricant.

If you had a Pap Smear done, it is normal to have a small amount of bleeding. It shouldn't be much and only for a day or two.

Have you ever had one before? Have you had sex or used a tampon before? You didn't say your age so I"m not sure, but they probably broke your hymen when they did the exam or else maybe they scraped your cervix too hard?? You might wnat to call your GYN.

Why one become weak nervous unable to do anything suddenly as if dehydrated and become normal after intake?

Totally normal it shouldn't last long,and it shouldn't be very heavy. If it continues though I would go back. Its just because of the scraping and taking the samples that tend to irritate the pelvic area.

Absolutely agree with the selection of speculum tip from the previous poster.
There is no reason why you cannot insert the speculum yourself. If they will not let you, change doctor.
It's your body and you decide what happens it.
