I had all the same symptoms you are describing 7 years ago. then I heard a medical Dr. by the name of Joel Robbins say things like "All drugs are toxic to the body" and "vitamin suppliments just give people a false sense of health security because they think that as long as they keep taking the vitamins, it's ok to eat the eggs and bacon, the cheese burgers and milkshake, the steak and mashed potatoes." and "all disease is reversable if you can develop a lifestyle consistant with nature" and "humans and domesticated animals are the only living organisms on earth that eat food cooked." that one really got me thinking. So 7 years ago my wife and I made a decision to learn how to do raw food recipies and juices, made the change and I haven't had so much as an asprin in 7 years not to mention 0 doctor visits. I have total control of my health which is a very liberating feeling and lead to a huge weight taken off my level of mental stress too. BTW, all my animals eat raw as well. No Vet visits necessary! Unfortunately, no matter how much you research the raw nutrition subject, the percentages are against you and you will likely continue the vitamin/drug way which will keep you sick. Sorry to say. Raw food. It's the only way to reverse disease. There is no other way.

It's called lay off the cheeseburgers and beer, and stop smoking weed. The truth is, no medicine works better than exercise and a good diet. Also avoid stress, depression.learn to cope.
When you go to your regular MD talk to them about the natural way of handling BP issues. There aer very good vitamins to control BP however you need to make sure you have no other issues going on like diabetes and you need to make sure you do not have any allergies to any of the products in the vitamins. There are good women's and mens vitamins that cover several health concerns as well as vitamins B, D and others. I think you are on the right track.
Capsicum, Gotu kola, garlic, coenzyme Q10, don quai and yarrow might be helpfull in lowering your bloodpressure. But make sure you tell your dr what your taking, because some of those still can have side effects or interfere with other medications. Also monitor your bloodpressure and see if you can have an as needed medication on hand. Also try relaxation techniques or meditation and start a regular exercise program.
My mom came off her blood pressure medicine after drinking one bottle of tahitian noni juice. She has not had to go back on it, and she only drinks one ounce a day so a bottle last her a month. It is in the Physicians Desk Reference in every doctors office and it has no known side effects.
