How do you spend your "just me" time? Do you get enough time for yourself?

my 'just me' time is usually when I'm reading for pleasure and whenever I'm on my bike during my days off, its the two things I enjoy, because I'm doing what I want for me not for anyone else, I think I do becasue if I get more I think I'll take for granted the time that I have and not enjoy it as much. That and plus I know a lot of my friends have such busy lives that I'm grateful for the time I can get.

I have too much time. I recently had to quit work because of my health conditions and all I have is school work. I am a senior in college but school has never taken much of my time.

I listen to the music and enjoy it. Or i like to draw ))) But I rarely have time for it(((

Physically, yes. I get lots of 'me' time :-) . I breed birds as a hobby and I can get caught up in the joys of baby food and 3 am feedings. I love it and just being with my birds (even if it **IS** scraping turds off their toys) helps me relax. I can do what I want, where I want it and how I want it. If the birds have a problem with what I do, they don't complain much ^.^

Then there's my head. Ugh. I hear voices, see dead things crawl out of the walls and feel people raping me. When I go to drink some juice, I sense turds sitting at the bottom, or feel severed fingers in my sandwiches. I don't get much 'me' time that way. It's one reason why I live alone and have the birds. I can't escape these things, so I have pets that help me focus on things that COUNT 0 :-) . I'm a natural loner so any time I'm with the animals I want and need I'm happy!
