If i workout for an hour everyday & only eat veggies for 5 days how much weight do you think i will lose?


I ate so much food on the weekend and yesterday I had a major blowout. I feel so fat, bloated and tired today and want to feel good again before next weekend.

don't think u can feel fit and fine in just 5 days.takes longer than that.i've recently starting skipping ropes in the morning and drink plenty of water. starting to help me.so maybe you should try it.and as for sticking to veggies,not my type.need protein from meat.
