Answers:
Your life is not in danger!! Not everyone who is overweight has high blood pressure either. I see people everyday who have completely normal vital signs and are considerably less proportionate than you. If you have no other symptoms other than the high pulse I would not worry. Normal pulse is 60-100 beats per minute so you are not extremely high. Just keep an eye on it. If it does indeed continue to go up then you might think about seeing you doctor. You can find a person's maximum heart rate by subtracting their age from 220. As you can see since you are only 20 you are not going to die. Don't listen to people who obviously have no idea what they are talking about!!

Age?

Age not withstanding I'd say you are near to a heart attack. You are overweight and I bet your blood pressure is sky high. By now I'd say your prognosis is poor. Start by seeing a doctor URGENTLY. You may need to be hospitalized for a few months while things get under control. I bet your cholesterol is high and you are probably also diabetic.

Don't wait for any other responses, dial 911 now. Your life is in danger. SERIOUSLY.

No its not, check your blood pressure too!

i think that you should go to the doctor. being overweight is not healthy not only for your heart.

yes and no
its about fitness under that fat
when i was less fit but just as fat my pulse was 98-108 but now it is 80-87

Normal heart rate is 60-100 bpm (beats per minute) for an adult. Your weight shoudn't have anything to do with it. Your heart rate will increase if under stress - exertion, anxiety, etc.
