I can't seem to lost 30lbs. I am 190 for like 3 years, was 160. Can't change, tried everything.?

I am 5'4. 20 years old. Used to be 160lb, now i am 190lb. I've been 190 for almost 3 years then i actually gain 20 pounds, lost the 20lbs i tired getting below 190lb but i can't get pass this brick wall of fat! Why, i tried everything! I diet and went down to 180, got off the diet went to 195. I don't know what you call this?? but i've heard about it from others where your body wants to stay at that level of fat for a long time and only extreme change to the body can change them. Trust me 190lb is not my average weight for me. My doc even said i got to lose at least 40lbs. Any healthy eating plans or fitnesst plans are WELCOME! This is really effecting me emotional and every aspect of life.

What is good for a big blister caused by a sunburn in the lips?

Answers:
You need to start a fitness routine at the gym. You need to do both cardio exercises and weights. My suggestion is to get your heart rate up with five minutes on the elliptical or treadmill, then do upper and lower body weights, and finish with half an hour of elliptical/treadmill/bike. You need to do the cardio to burn calories and fat, but you also need to do weights to build muscle mass. The muscle will increase your metabolism and make your workout more effective!

Be careful about what you eat. Improve your nutrition. Go for whole-grain, low calorie, reduced fat, etc. Do lots of fresh vegetables and some fresh fruits. I also suggest frozen meals from Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones. Try not to eat too much, but don't starve yourself either. If you don't eat enough, your metabolism will slow until it has almost stopped. Many people say small meals throughout the day will yield the best results.

Good luck, and keep working at it. I've lost almost 40 pounds in the last year.

does anyone know of any dependable and affordable health insurance for young adults?

Exercise! and dink plenty of water and take a multivitamin each day, you will lose alot of weight in no time.

What's your preference?

I have recently lost a lot of weight. How? Not from a diet. Simply exercise. I found that I love sport, so I do as much of it as possible! Its amazing. The more you do the more you get out of it. Don't join up to a gym, you will never go. Try out different sports until you find one that you like. There is something for everyone.

I found when I started exercising that food no longer had its appeal cos it seemed pointless putting on what I had just burnt off. Seriously, the only way to lose weight effectively, safely and enjoyably is exercise. Do it!

Here is the best advice anybody can ever give you.

eat often!

Eat small amounts of healthy foods, rasins, almonds, celery, carrotts, yougurt, fruit, salads, sea food. eat them often. If you never put a big plate infront of your face you have made headway for weight loss. If you eat often your metabolism stays strong and you burn more calories than you consume. your metabolism will work overtime and you will see results. Eat less, but more often!
one other tip. no sodas, power drinks, alcohol, or anything else that contains sugar. Just water and real juice.
