Well I don't know when your b-day is, but i've heard of the hollywood 48 hour diet. I think it's about 15 dollars for a bottle of it, and I believe it claims to make you lose 10 lbs. in 2 days. I've never tried it, but for 15 dollars for a gatorade size liquid diet drink, it had better work!! Im trying to loose weight my self, and have tried an array of different diets, but for me the one that works best is to eat healthy ie loads of fruit, veg, no carbs in the evening and drink loads of water.
