Is cirohsis possible for a 22 year old that quit drinking and doing drugs? What are symptoms of it?
Answers:
If you are referring to radiation treatments such as for cancer, the treatments often times cause extreme dryness in the mouth. Lack of sufficient saliva can cause cavities. Speak with your dentist and he or she will possibly prescribe you a fluoride treatment. You will also need to have regular dental checkups.

radiograpy shows the dentist what is going on underneath the gums, in the bone, and in the middle of your teeth. there is no side effect to radiography, you get as much radiation, if not less, than say your skin gets if you spend a day at the beach. radiography improves your chances of finding problems in your teeth while they are still small and managable, as opposed to NOT getting xrays and finding out you have a problem when it becomes painful, infected and swollen. you should get xrays once a year to make sure that there are no problems. there might be a problem you can't see OR feel, and xrays find them for you.Source(s):
