Don't skip breakfast (oatmeal is a good one), don't eat after 6 or 7 pm, add exercise a few times a week even if it is just walking. take some vitamins. get good rest. Just basics that are easy to do for anyone. Cut out almost all sweets and all fried foods. again a basic starting point.
