You can't lose weight that way Honey. Don't do that to yourself. Just eat very lean protein like chicken, salmon or tuna with veggies (cooked or raw). Do that for a week and drink 6 large glasses of water (or 4, 500ml water bottles). When you are 12 hours away from the "big day" stop drinking most of the water (just sip little bits) and then you'll wind up losing the water weight and look and feel thinner.

Give yourself one day a week to treat yourself to a small bowl of ice cream, but avoid the rest to the time. Minimize how much bread, cheese, milk you drink, and all things sweet. Eat smaller meals. And lastly, go find something you enjoy doing that incorporates excercise.
