There are people who are genetically overweight, but don't worry to much, keep what you are doing right now, just don't overdone it, some fats, cabs are good for you. If you still have concerns then talk to a doctor you trust. I'm sure the doctor can provide you much more helpful info.

I don't understand your question. Are you saying you are not losing weight? To lose weight you have to cut calories and increase activity. Are you eating 6 small meals instead of 3 large meals. Protein/fiber help you stay full longer. Drink 8 glasses of water. Yahoo search has several sites that discuss weight set point.

How can you reduce fats AND carbs? If you stop eating carbohydrates you'll lose weight. I know this from experience. The Dr Atkins diet is the only way to lose weight (without syrgery or drugs) without having to be hungry.
