I hate sit-ups! How can I get good abs without sit-ups?

Answers:
It could be an ectopic or tubal pregnancy (normal pregnancies wouldn't be painful at this stage) which requires IMMEDIATE attention from a doctor.

It could also be appendicitis, kidney infection, bladder infection, gas, ovarian cysts or even tumor. there are a million things that could cause pain in the lower abdomen. Some are not serious, some are life threatening. If you have concerns, make yourself a doctor's appointment right away. It's hard to know what it is without anything more specific, but it does not sound like a normal pregnancy.

Is it okay to drink the tiny filings that appear on the bootom of the mini Brita water filters?

Not necessarily. It would depend on how often the pain occurs. Is it frequent? Is it around the time of your monthly periods? It could be ovarian -- like ovarian cysts or something of that nature. I have ovarian cysts and sometimes it feels like someone stabing you with a knife it can be so severe. It could be a muscle strain, muscle pull, or something more internal and involved. If it continues, you should see your doctor.

If i workout for an hour everyday & only eat veggies for 5 days how much weight do you think i will lose?

There is no pain in pregnancy except during labour or abortion. It could be a spasm or gas. If it lingers for more than 24 hrs then visit yr doc
