there are many types of cognitive tests. cognitive psychology is a subdiscipline of psychology just like abnormal psychology, school pyschology, or behavioral psychology. some examples of cognitive tests would be working memory span, visuospacial span, verbal span, math anxiety, sensation seeking, cloze tasks, etc. depending on what type of test you want to take and why, i would suggest speaking with a doctor. if you just want to do something like that for fun or out of curiosity, go to your local university and see if they have a professor that specializes in cognitive psychology. (s)he may be able to hook you up with research being conducted on campus.
