Other Answers:
sit down and talk to her. if that doesnt work, take her to a doctor.its really not healthy

commet her now dont let her go there

Make an appointment right away with her pediatrician or your family doctor. They will do some tests and talk with her. It is REALLY important to go right away. Good luck. I will say a prayer for you.

Maybe you should sit down and talk to her about it. Tell her the dangers of Anorexia and what it could do to her. If she's overweight, offer to help her lose it in a healthy way, like promising to exercise with her, or putting the whole family on a diet. If she's the average weight for her age, reinforce to her that she is normal and is fine the way she is.

you need to check her! keep a close eye on her. dont let her fall into that downward spiral! You are her parent. you have every right to do so.

stop taking diet pills yourself. you are her role model. unless you are significantly overweight, she may feel as you do . let her know that she is beautiful and that she doesnt need to lose wieght

Set a good example and get rid of the diet pills. You should eat healthy and teach her the same.

Oh I feel for you. Teen girls are so hard to raise. You really need to talk to her. She what is really bothering her. I hope you have caught on early and she talks.

You should be VERY worried. Don't take this lightly. Have the courage to talk to her. If things don't improve very soon, you should take her to a doctor. It is so horrible that a girl at her age would think she needed to diet to live up to someone else's image.

She might be pressured by her peers. Speak with her teachers, principal, parents of her friends; ask if they notice any similarities. Also seek family counseling.

its a scary thing anorexia.this can be for some families the biggest challege they will ever face.the approach has to be right.go to your doctor.dont talk to her as if she's ill .try showing the beutiful side of food.cook some new recipes in the home.try east indian food, thai food, chinese etc. anorexia can sometimes e a protest.she could be bullied at school.having other troubles at school.having trouble coping with puberty.try talking to her and telling her about anorexia.she must be educated.show her that it can destroy lives, releationships.it can also kill.get her to have faith in you, her mother to speak about any problem she is having and that you are always there for her.problems can be sorted out if dealt with early on.Please dont leave it too late.

I'm 14 so I can help. Talk to her and ask her about it. If that doesnt work take her to a phsycologist. Talk about how it will ruin her game.

tlk to her. tell her that she is perfect as she is. if it's a friends or peers tell her "no one is worth hurting urself for."

good luck

talk to her, give her compeliments and if none of that works take her to a doctor.

good luck with ur daughter!!

I am a 19 year old freshman in college and have been suffering from anorexia for 2 years now. You need to sit down with her and tell her about the dangers of trying to lose a lot of weight. Believe me, eating disorders make your life a living hell. Please stop this early before she gets so far gone. I lost 32 lbs in 6 months. It wasn't until I was all skin and bone before someone told me how sick I looked. I couldn't even see it myself and I almost died. Take her to a doctor.
