Lexapro or LexaNO?

Question:
I went through a tough time for awhile and the Dr. prescribed Lexapro. While I was much happier on it and had alot less stress, I felt buzzed on the drug and it affected my ability to orgasm during sex. This was very frustrating and I felt there was a void in my sex life with my husband, so I stopped taking the drug. The problem is.I am still very stressed and alot of it is just my personality. My husband says my stress is making me very moody and it's affecting our relationship. I like to have control, and I stress about money and everything I cannot control like money, and because of this, I lash out at him and cannot relax or have fun. Everything, even running out of toilet paper and not having the money to buy more.stresses me out and puts me in a bad mood. Do I need to try a different pill? Is there one that will help my stress and moods without affecting my sex life?

Answers:
You should go back to your doctor and talk about this.

Other Answers:
I used to take Lexapro but it made me soooooo sleepy and irritable. My doctor switched me to Zoloft, which I found to be a pretty good antidepressant. I felt normal for once! My sex life was great, my mood was great. But after 8 months of taking Zoloft it all of a sudden stopped working which made me very suicidal. I would not take Zoloft ever again, granted that it did help me for 8 months. It could be different for you. You never know with antidepressants. They do weird things to everyone.
