You may find that the blades for the more expensive one are much cheaper than the blades for the cheaper one.
You buy the razor one time, but you are going to be buying the blades quite often, so the real cost is in the blades.
It is the same with printers; a cheap printer may have great quality print, but if the ink cartridges cost a fortune, then in the long term, the cheap printer may be much more expensive that a much more expensive printer with cheap cartridges.
