what is the daily life of a doctor?

Question:

Answers:
Yes, I think it depends on the Doctor I used to work in a Radiology Department and I meet allot of different kinds of Doctors some were so good and loved to make sure everything in his/her work was done right. I even know some doctors talk to themselves out loud (a girl can pick up a few things from those ones) and others well they sit in a darkroom reading Radiology films all day for 12hrs a day at times and those ones make some good money too. You just have to look at every kind of doctor and find out whit kind you want to be more so look at yourself look at the person you are I have some friends that are doctors and they are very loving but when it comes to the people they treat they are mean to everyone(but the patient) cause they feel that what the person they are trying to get help for is worth the fight. I cant tell you much more or this would end up like a book. I got to know some wonderful people in the medical Field that love there work no matter how sad, stressed, or tired the work makes them. They do it cause they love to help others and hope there difference in this world is felt.

Other Answers:
It depends what kind of doctor. Some docs are on-call basically 24-7 like OB-GYNs because you never know when a woman might give birth. Others have a more lax schedule, and it also depends what kind of practice that doctor is in. For instance, a doc in a group practice of 7 might rotate on-call duties so that one doc will be on-call for a whole week (every 7 weeks). If the group that doc belongs to is smaller (say just 3 people).then that doc would be on-call every 3 weeks, and hence, have a more hectic schedule.

Blood, guts, brains, oh a few boogers too! lol.
