Whats working for me is since I am very lazy when it comes to excercise I lay on my bed and with almost half of my body hanging off the side I then try to sit up then go back down also as you are slightly hanging off the side raise your legs up off the bed about 6 inches and hold them there for a count of 25 then raise them up then back down slowly and hold again repeat as many times as you can just dont lay them down on the bed until you are finished I am also hoping that since gravity pulls everything downward with the years that hanging upside down enough will help keep everything in place alittle longer(wishful thinking). another good easy one that really works for the mid section and the back of your thighs is lay in front of the sofa but with your back up against the front of the sofa so you are resting on your shoulders then try to touch the floor with your toes then bring your legs up do a few sets like that and then keeping your legs straight up open them to form a wide v and bring them back together slowly this is great for the inner thigh. for the buns sit on the ground with your legs straight out in front of you then try to walk forward and backward by rolling your butt from side to side. Another good one is while watching tv stand up and pick out two places on either side of you eye level and without moving your lower body turn from side to side tring to pretend punch the target on either side this is great for the middle and arms and back. If you ever download things from the internet instead of waiting there doing nothing if your chair is like an office chair and bends back what I do is put my arms on my chest and lean back as far as it is safe without falling over and then do like sit ups it beats just sitting there doing nothing while you wait. since my chair also swivels I have got in the habit of turning from side to side while I am at the computer. In two months I have lost 6 inches off my midsection and 1 1/2" off my thighs doing these lazy excercises. I try and do them at least once a day for about 30 minutes altogether. swiveling in the chair i do all the time when at the computer.

The best way to rid that sort of flab is to engage in cardio excersice. I think walking is the best form, but if you perfer other activities go for it! Anything to work up a sweat! Good LucK!

Here is the thing: you can't chose where you lose fat from. You can concentrate on toning certain muscles but that doesn't mean that the fat around those muscles will disappear.

The way you lose fat is predetermined by your genes. Some people will never lose the fat around their thighs because their genetic make-up won't allow them.

Just concentrate on working those muscles (to tone them) and do all around aerobic exercise to lose the fat. Go for a walk every morning. Or a jog. anything to get out and moving. Just remember one key factor: HAVE FUN!! Otherwise you will quit too easily.

Good luck!

Sit-ups, crunches, lunges and V-ups are great. My friend does 100 sit ups every day. I do 50 lunges for 15 sec each. V ups are very good for mid section leave only your lower back and butt on the floor! Don't forget to run!

The best exercise is hand to mouth, do less of it and eat lots of carrots. I'm being realistic here. If you want to exercise go ahead but the best way to loose is if you eat less and walk more. You might try volunteering to do more for yourself by helping others do chores ect. Hope you lose what you don't want and gain a friend.
