Can you get mono again after you've had it once? (as in, reacurring?)

Epstein barr virus(EBV) is the cause of Mononucleosis. Since.you can never "cure" a person of any viral disease.all you can do is suppress it.it will sit in your body.so the argument goes that if your immunity is compromised for some reason (chronic illness, etc) you can get mononucleosis -- but the symptoms will not be as severe as the first time.
Recurring mononucleosis is supposed to be another name for chronic fatigue.
