Other Answers:
yes it can be.

yes

I am impressed that she can carry a child on her head.

Too much weight pressing down on the back isn't the best thing, so it's best not to do it too often. However if you need to carry something, like a child or book or something, it is actually best to put the pressure on your shoulders or head if its not too heavy. The idea is that it wont strain the muscles in your back as much because it is pressing straight down and not pulling you forward or back. This is why we say lift with your legs, if you bend at the back to pick something up and don't squat you can easily sprain your back or lose your balance.

A job that requires heavy lifting and other general expirience.

It depends on her form. As long as she's lifting with her legs and not her back, she's probably strengthening her muscles.

the reasaon most people go to the chiropractor is because of compression on the lower back. shes putting pressure on her back. yes.

over a period of time her neck and back will begin to hurt and will cause spinal problems. As far as the 3 yr old brother sitting on top of her head she should stop it now because it will cause neck problems. I carry about 10 lbs on my head because of my work and i have no strength in my hands to carry these things and i am already developing neck problems after 3 yrs of doing this.
