Should sanitary towels be free?

I believe that sanitary products should be made available to all women AT NO COST. What do you think?

I think all the healthcare services and products shd be made free. At least after paying out so much from our pockets as taxes, these basic aminities and services should be made free.

I agree, but it's not really feasible. They cost money to make. And if they were readily available for free, chances are they would be abused. People would take them for the sake of it. Instead of toilet-papering, it would be tampon-ing.

in an ideal world, yeah. i mean, you have to pay for something you need, coz bog roll really doesn't work (belive me, i had the experience), and a woman can't help that she needs it. but it would be impossible coz of the money for manufacturing them.
