first of all, it's absurd. The body is 70% percent water which is found in the organs, skin, tissue and muscle. The body HAS to have water to function. What most diets and these silly rituals do is rid the skin first of water. So of course you lose weight but you're losing the water in your skin. Your fat's not going anywhere. Fat is only burned when energy expelled uses it to function. But it looks to the food sugars first. The key is to not use pure sugars (or in moderation) so that the body goes to the fat for the energy it needs. Wrap yourself in saran wrap and you'll end up crinkly and dizzy. Then as soon as you drink anything, you;re right back to square one. Think about this, if there was something so revolutionary, WE'D ALL be hearing about it on the news cause someone would become an instant billionaire from marketing it. Instead, they're becoming billionaires by false advertising cause most people don't want to watch what they eat and excercise.
