Help. I ate a side salad from Wendy's tonight. It tasted a bit weird. There was a metallic sensation?

afterwards in my throat -very acrid and it seems to almost waft into my nose from my throat. My tongue feels kinda numb-like when you put anbusol on an ulcer or sore tooth. I'm feeling queezy and freaking out a bit. Any ideas?
