My toes sometimes feel numb and cold, usually when I''m walking, on the stair climber, or even driving.

Question:
It's become worse over the past 3 years. Any idea's?

Answers:
Sounds like Raynaud's Syndrome. My mom and I both have this. I've heard that there are some meds you could be given, but you're really best to just do your best to keep warm. It's not usually harmful, but do talk with your doctor about it, as it can be a symptom of other circulatory problems.

Other Answers:
Could be a circulation issue. See a doctor.

i think its a blood problem, i agree see a doctor

sounds like circulation . or you could be hitting a nerve . I do yoga and there are some poses that cause a tingling in my toes when I hold them for a while . you should talk to your doctor about it . he'll probably recommend a podiatrist . good luck

I agree with all of the above answers. Magnetic bracelets also promote good circulation. Most alternative therapies can fix this for you. Such as accupuncture, bio energy.

Before you consult these therapies, Id suggest going to your doctor to make sure you have no nerve damage.

Anyway, hope you get it sorted!
