My brother suddenly got a sore throat, headaches, and feels dizzy. Is he alright?

Yep, he's sick. The headache makes me think the possibility of the flue. But that's just a guess.
He is probably fine but should see a doctor. This is especially so if he has a fever over 101.5F. It sounds like he's having sinusitis, for which a mild decongestant can help. The dizziness leads me to believe that he has a bacterial infection of the ear(s) as well. He should see a doctor. It won't kill him, but he probably won't get over it without an antibiotic.

Seems like flu. If so, antibiotics are probably not going to help. Some medicine would temporarily provide relief from the symptoms though. Try giving him warm lemon water with honey. This could provide relief.
