How can I get rid of chapped lips?

Its better to have chapped lips than no lips.your face will fray. Don't get rid of them!

well you can use chap stick for one. But when you have extremely chapped lips, and its sort of weird, but you can but Vaseline or any brand name of petroleum jelly.

Make a concious effort to stop licking your lips. Lip balm will help but it only hides the real problem- licking your lips.

drink more water.
use lip balm.
sleep with a humidifier.

I say: Use Burts Bees Lip Balm, its real good!

And also: Dont use Vaseline! It works well, but its supposedly really bad for your lips!

There are 2 steps involved- first get a washcloth, put some salt on it and dampen it- slowly go over your lips in a circular motion then wash the salt off. Second, after the salt treatment put some extra virgin olive oil on your lips. They will heal quickly that way.
