how to put on weight ?

i am 20 yrs old,5 feet 10 inches tall n 5o kgs. i am desepaerately looking for help.

Eat lots and lots of Twinkies, bacon, lard, butter, etc.

Take some of those bodybuilding suplements. I think they are full of protein. Anyway, just a thought.

eat a lot after 5 p.m.

Eat unhealthy foods - foods with a lot of fat, carbs, sugar, and cholesteral

Start going to the gym. Then you will get nice muscels instead of fat. Sheck out the bodybuilding sites but don't go to the extremes. Real bodybuilders aren't beautiful. But don't eat junk food, it will destroy your health too.

Also u need to exercise as well as taking the suppliment as not to gain fat. You want to gain muscle not fat.

I gained about 20lb eating good steaks I like ribeye or tbones a few others.With a baked potato and salad or whatever you like.A few times a week your going to gain some.But dont over do it and you know some people are naturally skinny I am its nice.Its really hard to control wait.People that are heavy set have it much harder than we do.

GO to the gym. Start with weight training. Be very serious about your workout and consult a dietician to supplement your workout with the requisite diet. Do not eat butter or lard.. it will just clog your arteries and you will succomb to heart related diseases very soon. Dont "overdo" cardio exercises like running and cycling, you will loose muscle with that.

in noon just take 2 cups of rice,dal,vegetables and curd.in moring u can take 2 pic of bread with butter or jam and tea.in afternoon take 1 glass of fresh fruit juice.in nite take 1 cup of rice and 2 roti with fish or meat.in a week take 3-4 eggs.eat proper food.do exercise to keep ur body fit.

but yeah, for the original post- try a good high calorie weight gainer added to your daily caloric intake. that should do the trick.
