I believe so, but only because people are diagnosed with depression when they actually have something else, like bipolar disorder. Even general practitioners know the "checklist" of symptoms for depression and most will not prescribe meds for someone who is just every-day sad or in a bad mood.
in my opinion under prescribed, why suffer from depression, (or worse from a psychologist) when thair is a better way out of it
