What are some good ab exercises I can do at my desk?

Question:
I work at a computer, but don't want to become a floppy disk! What are some good exercises I can do to work my waist and abs while I'm sitting at my computer?

I already do "crunches", where I just flex and contract the muscles. I need more! Thank you! :)

Answers:
while you sit at your chair, sit up straight, and breathe out all your air, then suck in your gut and flex(while leaving the air out) for 10seconds, do that about 10times, for 3 sets(but watch out that you dont start feeling dizzy) i hear that 10seconds of the vacuum is equivalent to 1 situp :P but anyways, the vacuum technique is usedby many bodybuilders to gain abdominal control

Nothing!

I want to know too

Concentrate on holding you abs "in" this is not easy actually, the longer you sit the more you relax and before you know it your belly is in your lap and when you notice it, you pull it back in. It takes energy to hold your stomache muscles inward for long periods of time. It helps me. I drive a lot.

lift your legs a few inches off the floor and hold them that way for a few seconds do that a few times a day that will help

YOU CAN DO KEGAL EXERCISES THAT REALLY HELPS WITH YOUR LOWER ABS.

if you type, you better be doing some hand stretches. For your legs, take the stairs.
