I feel that it depends on age.Some-one that is over the age of 40 cannot re-grow the bone.

yes.if you are pertaining to the bone supoorting the tooth.it is called vascularized bone.but to the bone structure itself like the mandible or the bones in our body when they are damaged they cannot re-grow.
