even if you were to have a weight problem (which isn't the case) but IF. heart attacks don't usually come about until you're at least over the hill. younger people having a heart attack is so rare it could almost be a myth. if you are still concerned you can take to a doc about warning signs of heart attacks. otherwise i think you still have a few decades before you need to start even thinking about it

I think that maybe you have issues. You have been to a doctor and they told you that your heart was okay, Maybe you should go to a doctor and see if your brain is okay.

You are not too young, however if the tests came back negative, then I wouldn't worry. Exercise and another outlet for your mind might be helpful. There will be more important things to worry about as you get older.
maybe not-Heart disease can affect anyone but that still doesnt mean your behavior is that of a normal healthy 19 year old. Get yourself checked out by a therapist. Good luck!
You are a natural worrier. Some people are born that way. You need to relax though before your stress causes the heart attack you are so worried about having! Try yoga, meditation or exercise. If none of this helps, try counselling or just talking to people you trust. Knowing someone shares your fears can be a tremendous relief and source of support.
that is pretty bad that you ahve had all that at such a young age and I feel bad for you but you might be having them because like do you eat alot of like chips and those can clog your aterys for reeal and then cause you do lead to that so maybe if you eat healthy foods everything should get better!!
One thing you might want to do is get your weight under control. For 5'8 your healthy weight range is 131 to 165. And since you are only 19, you should weigh closer to 142. This puts you about 38 pounds over weight. You will feel much better once you are a healthy weight. This might alleviate the anxiety (unfounded?) of having a heart attack since you checked out medically.
If your blood pressure is normal, and you have no risk factors for a heart attack, you shouldn't worry. You could have a heart attack, but the chances of that happening in the near future are very slim. Talk to your doctor about your concerns. He/she will put your mind at ease.
I don't think there is much to worry about but you may want to see someone about your phobia. A lot of people are scared of things that realistically probably will never happen to them. I am terrified of spiders and sharks even though I know that my chances of being killed by either of them are very slim.
Could it be that you know someone or that someone you know knows someone who suffered from this at a young age? There is ALWAYS a reason that we have the fears we have, look into it and I'm sure you'll find out why. Only then can you overcome the fear. You can't overcome a fear when you don't know why you fear it.

If you are concerned about having a heart attack you should eat a healthy diet (including a lot of oats,oat bran and garlic and dark green vegetables); exercise regularly; and look at yourself in the mirror every morning and say: I am healthy, I feel great, I'm thankful to be in such good shape. I'm sure you have much more productive things to think about other than something that is not likely to happen to you.
You r a little overweight but not too much.Still,anyone can get a heartattack if they do not exercise regularly & eat properly.Exercise for at least 30 mins a day, cut out the sodas, junk food & fatty foods, & u shouldnt have anything to worry about.
Remember, slim people can get a heartattack too if they do not eat properly & exercise. And a person can be overweight but still heart-healthy once they do the right things.
