Hey fellas! Have you ever had this pain to flare up for no apparent reason.?

Question: When it happens I think of hemorrhoids. My doc says it could be inflamed prostate.

At any rate, I can always tell it about to flare up, and when it does it's one of those constant pains that lasts for about 20 minutes. The only way I can comfort myself is to sit on my toilet seat and push even though I have nothing to eliminate.

Have you had this experience? What did you do about it? Did you treat it with "Prep. H"? Did that work?

Tell it like it is guys. What's your take?

Answers:
I'll sometimes get a pain in my lower abdomen after urination. It lasts for about 5 minutes unless I get in a hot shower to relax the muscles. I usually take palmeto pills and it relaxes my prostrate. Caffeine also can have a negative effect on the prostrate, coupled with lack of hydration(water).
