Use a good Shampoo and conditioner with a weekly deep conditioner, Don't wash it everyday (you strip the natural oils), Don't blow dry or use hot irons (they damage hair), No hair elastics (they break the hair), Eat a well balance diet, cover your hair when swimming, Stay away from hats (they too break the hair) And get it trimmed every 6-8 weeks.
