This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. Atkins and exercise. After yo drop about 50 pounds switch to weight watchers.. Atkins isn't healthy over long periods of time and the low carb foods can get boring. But use it first to drop those first 50 pounds and you will be more motivated to continue your weight loss.
truthfully stop eating so much and exercise more and watch what you eat because that is the key of keeping the weight or losing the weight.
Obviously, a good diet and exercise is key. However, it might be more than that. If you already have a good diet and exercise, it might be a thyroid problem. I think the name is Hyperthyroid tension, although, don't quote me on that. Go to a doctor, and they would be able to tell you if it could be anything like that.
There is only one way to lose weight. The amount of calories you burn must be greater than the amount of calories you take in. So, you need to either exercise a lot more, eat a lot less, or (ideally) both.
Don't "diet". That presupposes that when you're done, you'll just return to your current way of doing things.
There was a study done recently where a professor ate only when he was hungry and only until he was full, and he lost about 50 pounds in a year. Other than that restriction, he ate whatever he wanted. Unless there is a physical problem that interferes with hunger sensations, this ought to work for just about anyone.

you need to lose about 75 lbs. you should set a goal for ten lbs per month. eat half the portions you eat now to start with and drink lots of water. a gallon a day! start eating good carbs and cut out the bad ones i.e. whole grains instead of white or whole wheat. many pastas are whole grain now. boost your protein too. not red meat though. chicken breast, fish, nuts etc. nix soda too, at least drink diet. finally, EXERCISE! you have to burn more than you consume in calories to lose weight. also, weight lifting builds muscle which helps burn calories. good luck!

protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak
complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads
veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies
and drink alot of water, and drink green tea throughout the day
..cardio 6 days a week, in the morning, before any breakfast right after u wake up, walk on the treadmil for atleast 40 minutes..in the afternoon 3 times a week do a full body low weight circuit workout, do abs every other day.. email me if u need anything else
