Also see a neurologist to get checked for things like MS, fibromylagia, Parkinson's, ALS, etc. I've had symptoms like this and they haven't been able to figure it out, but good luck to you.

You could also have a pinched nerve somwhere.

It may be a thyroid problem. One of the side effects from a thyroid disease is shaky hands and body. I have hyperthyroidism and my hands shake all the time. But go to the doctor and get your thyroid levels checked.

In my experience, trembling, twitching and cramps are a result of lack of magnesium. A good form of magnesium is Magnesium Phosphoricum, a homeopathic remedy from a health food store or the Internet, under Cell Salts, Schuessler Cell Salts or Biochemistry. 500 pills are about $10.

Place 4 pills and 1 ounce of purified water in a dropper bottle, shake and take a drop or two under your tongue every few minutes until the condition gets better.
