I don't know that their is a test. I only know that there can be scarring if you have been infected for a long period of time. This scarring can cause fertility problems. The only way to know for sure is to go and have a pelvic examination. Your gyno will be able to tell you more. Good Luck!

The only way to detect scarring in the pelvic cavity caused by long term Chlamydia infection, is to do a Laparoscopic examination. It is considered out-patient surgery and only requires a few hours in an out-patient center.
