the quickest way is a strict diet of 900 calories a day and 1/2 hour of exercise. By doing this in a healthy way (cut out fried foods and deserts, and eat a lot of fruit and low calories filling meals like lean cuisine or smart ones) you can lose like 5 pounds the first weak, and then 2-3 pounds each week after that. I lost 20 pounds this way and didn't gain it back afterwards. I you cut each of your meals in half and have 900 calories a day, than you end up skrinking the capacity of food that your stomach will hold, which will in turn make you feel a lot less hungry and it will be easier to lose weight. The first week or two is really hard, but it is worth it, its fast, and its healthy. The smart ones and lean cuisines, or having one bowl of a low calories cereal for a meal each day really helped me.

I ate chicken salad with light dressing on it. for a week or two. salad has basically no calories, and you can eat as much of it as you want to fill up, grilled chicken or maybe even some kind of fish like tuna or salmon, peas, kidney beans, corn, some cheese, and top if off with dressing.and it's yummy.just try salads till then, stay off soda and other candies in addition to it, and you should be fine
if you try to lose weight you will only get fatter. what happens is as you starve yourself, your body will start to consume your muscle tissue. but because muscles burn energy continuously, consuming the tissue will lower your metabolism in the long run. the bottom line is there is no quick weight loss. just live healthy and you will get a healthy body. 16 is also too young to worry about your weight. it's normal for young women to develop at different rates. you might think you're fat now but that's just you becoming a woman. you dno't want to fukc that up with all sorts of crazy diets.
Work out. Eat healthy. And sometimes it is just your matabalism. Trust me I have that same problem.
