Steroid abuse can lead to a condition known as agromelia. This is where in addition to bigger muscle, the guy gets bigger organs as well. I have seen a guy who abuses steroids and still does (its psychologically addictive) and when he turns sideways, he is just as broad as he is from the back. This doesn't happen in athletes that get bigger muscles the hard way.
Another problem he has is pea balls which are miniature testicles. His penis is only an inch long fully erect. He is about 25 years old and can't perform sexually and can't get girls pregnant. If he stops the steroids, he will not recover this ability.
Because he has huge muscles, he can get just about any girl he wants, but even if the girl gets over laughing hysterically at is "cute" package, they usually don't stick around long. I can only image the surprise on those girls faces.

u don't need steroid's just do the right exercise and the right diet there are a lot of side effects with steroid's
a drug.. .will definitely and not maybe but will have impotency problems in future. and i know there is a big list. i know i have heard about all the consequences but havent paid much attention.
