Why does your finger get black after wearing a ring?
I have VERY bad shin splints, can someone please tell me how to wrap them?

Either because the ring is too tight and cutting off circulation :( or the ring is fake and the acids in your skin turn the ring green/black and the residue from the ring transfers onto your finger. MY advice is to take off the ring and wash your hands well.
