Hi there I am assuming you mean Heapatitis A AB IgM, That is testing for Heapatitis A Antibodies in your system. If you have Antibodies it means that you have am immunity to Hep A, or you have been exposed to Hepatitis A, But not to worry Hep A is treatable if it is Hep B or C those are a bit more involved!
