Any low fat protein foods?
i would like to take them for breakfast.. so i hope they can be light. other than eggs, are there other foods?

You may want to try soy protein isolate (aka isolated soy protein). It's the cheapest protein source per gram out there next to whole soy beans (completely flavorless -- don't bother) and it's fat-free. You can find it in the bulk food bins at Kroger or Fred Meyer for something like $7.50/lb. A little 1/4-cup scoop is 30 grams of protein. It's a powder that you can mix in hot water to make a creamy drink. It will be kind of bland, so you might want to try adding different flavorings, but I'm fine with a quick creamy glass without adding anything. Some soy protein powders aren't water-soluble, though. In that case, you could try mixing it into food, like a stew or mashed potatoes. I prefer a simple shake, though, so you can fix it easily whenever you want.

well u can have unpolished wheat n any Fibrous food n even dal for good amount of protein and i don't think these stuffs have high amount of fat.u can aviod fat by avoding ghee butter cheese n these type of food
