Answers:
You may have undiagnosed allergies; even if you aren't sneezing or have itchy, watery eyes. In some people, the allergens cause headaches (it took 25 years before one of my Dr.s figured this out!).
These can be food, chemical or plant allergies - the result is the same.

Have your Dr. check you for allergies!

Once diagnosed properly I got relief, by first discontuing use of OTC "sinus" meds - they only made the headaches worse.

Next I started on a regimen of 1 tsp. of RealLemon juice in an 8 oz. glass of water every morning. I have been 4 years virtually pain-free since I began this.

When it is extremely humid, my allergies go bonkers and for those days, I use an essential oil (Melaleuca Oil) directly on the sinuses and get relief within 15-20 minutes.

I assume you mean sinus congestion or some other sinus problem? I would recommend you see an acupuncturist. I do acupuncture treatment on my patients all the time for sinus problems and allergies and I have helped people who have been dealing with them for 20 or more years. You should see someone, especially if you are getting headaches, as they can be a sign of more serious problems.
