You are not gonna like the sounds like this but it will seriously work!

A) Eat nothing but meat, eggs and fish.
B) Only eat low GI vegetables. No fruit!
C) Have no sugar whatsoever!
D) Force yourself to excercise at least 60 minutes every day (Double that if you can - has to be mostly cardio).
E) Get really drunk on spirits! (whenever practicle - and only diet mixers).
F) If you happen to throw up, that's good!
G) Have sex as much as possible.
H) Do whatever it takes to stay active every day.
I) Do this every day and don't cheat!

Do all of these things religiously and TO THE EXTREME and I guarantee you will loose 10kg in 30 days. It may not be the most desirable way to do it, but the quickest!
