hello :-) firstly u r only 15 and a perfectly healthy size. to reduce your weight, it must be a lifestyle change not just cutting out certain things for a while. do everything and eat everything in moderation and incorporate walking into your life like you would brushing your teeth, its an automatic thing you do everyday. this will maintain your healthy weight and tone your body so you will look and feel fabulous.you have so much ahead of you..enjoy being 15 and fabulous!! cheers
